My approach focuses on meeting your needs.
My education and credentials include a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Phoenix in 2013 and an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South University in 2018.
I have worked in inpatient and outpatient settings with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with trauma, anxiety, and depression. I also have experience working through life transitions and career guidance.
Although you will work with me virtually, it will seem like we are in the same room. I like to help reduce any immediate nervousness when we first meet because I am here to help and not cast any judgment.
My approach is not one size fits all. Instead, I like to follow the lead of my clients. Therefore, each session might differ depending on your needs.
About Me
When I am not working…
I love to read and listen to music. So, I am open to any suggestions that you might have. I have a large but close family that I love. My favorite place to be is on the balcony of a cruise ship in the ocean and watching the world.
